4. Selling Tickets

Misrepresentation, fraudulent sales, or excessive markups may result in account suspension.
Payments to sellers are processed after successful ticket validation.

5. Event Cancellations & Refunds

If an event is canceled, refunds will be issued according to the organizer’s policy.
Tickety is not responsible for refund processing but will facilitate communication between buyers and event organizers.

6. Prohibited Activities

Scalping, fraudulent ticket sales, and misleading event listings are strictly prohibited.
Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate conduct towards other users is not allowed.
Users must not engage in any illegal or unauthorized activities on the platform.

7. Payment & Security

All payments are securely processed through our verified payment partners.
Tickety does not store payment details and ensures encryption for all transactions.
In case of a dispute, our support team will work to resolve issues fairly.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tickety is not liable for losses or damages resulting from ticket fraud, event cancellations, or disputes between buyers and sellers. Users transact at their own risk, and Tickety serves only as a ticketing platform.
